Who we are
From a very young age, Chad developed a passion for cars and mechanical work. Between the ages of 10 and 16, he spent every Saturday and all his school holidays working alongside his father in the family workshop. It was during these years that Chad truly “caught the bug” for the automotive trade, learning hands-on skills and developing the dedication that would shape his career.
After school, Chad completed his apprenticeship journey across several respected workshops. He spent two years at Pratt’s Garage, followed by six months at Carmo, a well-known Citroën dealership in Cardiff. He then moved to Freefit in Cardiff, where he worked for eight years, building his expertise in all aspects of automotive servicing and repairs.
Chad has built a strong and experience team at Eagle Auto Care and it shows, being Eagle Farm’s top rated Mechanic doesn’t come easy, it takes great skill, patience and resilience. Chad and his team are known for their professionalism and courtesy.
In search of broader experience, Chad relocated to Australia and joined Chatswood Brake and Clutch in Sydney, working there for three and a half years before making the move to Brisbane.
For the next 22 years, Chad became a cornerstone at LeMans Motors in Brisbane, well recognised by many locals for his expertise, reliability, and customer-first approach. His long tenure made him a familiar and trusted face in the Bulimba and greater Brisbane automotive community, often associated with “Chad LeMans Bulimba” by long-standing customers.
Today, Chad proudly owns and operates Eagle Auto Care in Eagle Farm, bringing with him over 40 years of mechanical experience. His journey from helping his dad in the family workshop to becoming a respected workshop owner is a testament to his passion for the trade, his technical knowledge, and his commitment to providing outstanding service.
