Do not continue driving an overheating vehicle

Overheating can quickly cause major engine damage. If the temperature warning appears, the gauge rises abnormally or steam is visible, stop safely and switch the engine off. Do not remove a hot radiator or expansion-tank cap.

Cooling faults can involve leaks, blocked radiators, thermostat operation, water-pump failure, cooling fans, pressure caps, internal engine problems or trapped air. Correct testing is needed before parts are selected.

Cooling-system maintenance and repairs

We inspect and repair radiators, hoses, flanges, expansion tanks, water pumps, thermostats, cooling fans and related sensors. Correct coolant specification and bleeding procedures are important on modern engines.

Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful Information Before Booking.

Contact the workshop for advice specific to your vehicle, operating conditions or fleet requirements.

Can I drive with a small coolant leak?+

A small leak can worsen suddenly or allow air into the system. Arrange an inspection rather than relying on repeated top-ups.

Why does coolant keep disappearing?+

Coolant can escape through an external leak, pressure cap, heater system or internal engine fault. Pressure testing and further checks may be required.
